Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join Récit and support our marketing activities. Reporting to our Brand Strategist, the Campaign Implementation Specialist will work across teams to support campaign implementation across a variety of internal and external brands, lead our social media, and support our digital marketing activities.
The successful Campaign Implementation Specialist understands marketing and communication principles, and knows how to flawlessly implement, analyze and report on activations. This is a very hands-on role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, and must be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support all marketing campaign implementation, liaising with internal teams and clients, and tracking progress of all campaign deliverables
- Coordinate the production of marketing and event collateral
- Regularly communicate and report on campaign status
- Manage our social media content calendar, draft all social media copy, schedule all outgoing posts, and liaise with in-house designers to ensure creative assets are provided on time
- Translate business needs to content posted on social media, routinely tracking content performance
- Set up and manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns, developing ad copy and tracking ad performance
- Maintain a comprehensive advertising inventory, and administer end-to-end management of digital ads on our website
- Implement, monitor and report on SEO activities, including performing keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices
- Develop and distribute all company newsletters and email blasts
- Maintain marketing mailing lists up to date
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Must be resourceful, proactive, accountable and able to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills, understands deadlines and ensures these are consistently met
- Must have an analytical mindset and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills
- Experience with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and social media management tool is preferred
- Understands the principles of SEO
- Knowledge of Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
